• Processing, handling, and responding to your enquiries or leasing requests submitted through our online form;
• Facilitating direct communications with you regarding your submission;
• Enabling H Properties to comply with any applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or requests by regulatory or law enforcement authorities (whether in Hong Kong or overseas); and
• Other purposes directly relating to any of the above.

You are required to provide your personal data, other than those items indicated as optional; otherwise, we may not be able to process the activities, services or facilities you requested or maintain contact with you.

H Properties will keep your personal data confidential and only authorized staff members will have access to and handle your personal data. H Properties may disclose or transfer your personal data to service providers and contractors engaged in activities on behalf of H Properties within or outside Hong Kong solely for the purposes set out in paragraph 1 above.

H Properties may disclose your personal data when authorized or required by law and in response to requests from law enforcement agencies, government departments or regulatory authorities, or where required to protect H Properties’s rights or properties.

3. Access and Correction of Personal Data

You have the right to request for access and correction of your personal data held by H Properties. Any data access and correction request according to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance should be made in writing to our data protection officer at H Properties Limited at Units 1801-3, 18/F, 308 Des Voeux Road Central, HK or by email at dataprotection@h-properties.com. A fee may be imposed for processing your data access request.

4. Security, Accuracy and Retention of your Personal Data

H Properties takes reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misappropriation, unauthorized access or destruction of your data. H Properties also takes reasonable steps to ensure that all personal data held by it is accurate, complete, correct and reliable for the intended use.

Your personal data will be retained by H Properties according to its policy on retention of data and records.

Appendix I: Personal Data Compliance

The activities of H Properties will be recorded for the purpose of marketing and the recording may be made available to general public on the social media and digital communities. The recorded images will be handled by H Properties, according to the prevailing policy of H Properties. Enquiries shall be addressed to dataprotection@h-properties.com.

Appendix II: Use of Personal Data in Direct Marketing

H Properties would like to use your name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address to inform you of the following activities, services and facilities (collectively, “the marketing subjects”):

• Property and leasing updates, including information, news, and updates regarding our properties, leasing opportunities, facilities, and real estate services;
• Events and promotional activities, including seminars, workshops, special offers, privileges, discounts, and customer engagement events organized or co-organized by us; and
• Corporate and community initiatives, including charitable, educational, sustainability, and social activities.

We cannot use your personal data for sending information on the above marketing subjects to you unless we have received your consent.
