    13. to conduct quality assurance, surveys and review, statistical analysis, and research; or
    14. to achieve the purpose directly related to any of the purposes described above.
  2. You are not under a statutory or contractual obligation to provide the personal information.  The provision of personal information is entirely voluntary. For contract execution or performance, you may always choose what personal information (if any) you wish to provide to us. Visitors to our properties and participants of events in our properties also may always choose what personal information (if any) they wish to provide to us.   Please note, however, some of our products and services to you may be affected if you choose not to provide certain information or documents, for example, we cannot approve a lease without the necessary identity documents and other information.

For the use of our Website, to enable H PROPERTIES to provide better service to User, we and our Partners shall collect, integrate, analyze and utilize the personal information when User voluntarily uses the service or provides the personal information. Our group’s headquarter is in Hong Kong and data are shared with headquarter.  We will try to ensure, as far as possible and practicable, that your personal information accessed or transferred outside the place of collection is legally transferred and adequately protected.

  2. We may not so use your personal information unless we have received your consent;

    - animal friendly events in our properties;

    - charitable, educational, social and other activities in our properties that solicit contributions, donations or participation.
  5. We also intend to provide your personal information as set out in paragraph c to other companies within our Lee Kum Kee Group ("our Group Companies") for use by them in direct marketing activities.  We may not so provide the personal information unless we have received your written consent to the intended provision.  The kinds of personal information to be provided are as set out in paragraph c.  The classes of persons to which the personal information is to be provided are our Group Companies. Your personal information will be used for marketing the products and services as set out in paragraph d.
  6. Our Group Companies may have their principal places of operation outside Hong Kong SAR.
  7. We will use or provide your personal information only in accordance with the applicable laws.
